  • Rod was prompt, fair, courteous and really knows his craft. I had a jammed backwash valve. He explained that unjamming it could potentially break it if he wasn't lucky or would just require a new set of gaskets if he was able to free it. Fortunately, he was able to loosen it, disassemble it and install the gaskets. I always had the impression that he was there to help repair the problem and to be of service. The price was more than fair. I couldn't be happier with Island Life Pools and am really excited to find a quality, courteous pool repair service.
