  • I really liked this location. The two other reviews on here are way too specific and odd. The woman who got bath gel all over her? I would have made her purchase the dang thing if I worked there...yeesh... Anyways, after the Monroeville Mall BBWorks store messed up my purchase on a Saturday (busiest day ever), the employees at this location were able to make things right for me and easily understood the miscalculation. It's so much quieter and easier to navigate this store. The cashier also threw in a few boxes of matches for my candle purchase free of charge! Awesome!
