  • I will never shop here again!.... Went there on Saturday to check out prices of solar cover got a price, but had to print out SNWA coupon for discount. We went back Thursday and the price of the solar cover went from $130.00 to $160.00 we were like what? The young man who quoted us the price was standing right there, we questioned him about it, and he said it was on sale then! Ah duh! Really? Really? Why did't he say it was on sale then! We would have came back the same day with the discount from SNWA? We told him we would be back with the discount from SNWA! Extremely poor customer service , so now NPS who is now Leslie's Pro, better get their act together , because as far as my husband and I am concerned they are not PRO'S. Let me also add the store is a mess! 13 years ago when we first started dealing with NPS up to maybe 3 years ago we loved the store, everyone was friendly , helpful , and the store was organinized, Now ?????
