  • I was running errands at the fashion show mall then hopped over to the Venetian grand canal shops. I had gotten a sample of the white chocolate peppermint tea at FS but didn't bother going in (although the sample was good, employees seemed bored). Passed another Teavana at the Venetian Grand Canal shops and could I have passed up another sample of that white chocolate peppermint tea? Heck no. Curious around the buzz of this store, fiancĂ© and I went in. I'm starting with their service. Jillian and Kat killed it. If you know what good customer service is like, multiply it by 10,000. Upbeat, personal, and gave awesome recommendations. They are quite the multitaskers too! While answering my questions, there was a sale over $100 and someone making drinks for a couple other consumers. No neglect of service going on in this shop! I have been to so many Teavana's before but I have never experienced anything like this. I had no intention of buying anything but to gain a little knowledge of how their sample tea was so delish. Jillian was able to answer all my questions before I asked . She was able to get me what I needed and knew about all their promos and specials ever so fluently. She was not pushy at all. She just knew what I needed and gave me a few options to choose from (best value, best tea maker for beginners, the 25 calories in their sugar vs white sugar, etc.). We also sampled a few teas that were around the shop. I purchased the starter kit (Perfect Tea Maker in black, Rock Sugar and Prism tea canister). I also got a little over 2 oz of the White Chocolate Peppermint tea inside that canister for $11. My total was $44. Pretty good when I compare it to getting tea at Starbucks (same tea). Oh, you can use your Starbucks app or card to pay at Teavana. They can even reload your card if you have it. That means more points and free tea you can redeem at Teavana. Overall, the experience was totally amazing and I would drive back to the strip to get her expert advise every time I need a refill . THANK YOU JILLIAN & KAT!! Y'all rock !!
