  • **LADIES: CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AFTER LEAVING THIS PLACE!!!** ...how many people is that happening to that DON'T notice?! Before this week, I would have given this place 5 stars! ...I've been going here for over 2 years... then this week.... not only did my nail lady (someone I had never had before) hurt me (woke up a day later to my finger throbbing and a huge sore on the side of my nail) but I checked my BANK ACCOUNT and had been charged for a tip (at 35%) that I had NEVER authorized! (I tipped the lady,even AFTER she hurt me, over 20% IN CASH at the time of service!!) When I went in to inquire about the "over charge" the manager proceeded to tell me that I was lying and that they would never have done that... he flipped through his receipts, found mine: clearly marked with a slash through the tip section and the total the same as the subtotal.... he then claimed I must have been the one to make the "mis-charge" (...uh, how could I have done that?!) and that I was still lying. He wanted proof, so I pulled up my bank account statement that showed it had cleared the day before..... "sometimes they charge and then fix" was his response (which, had it been pending... maybe I'd believe... but the charge had POSTED).... after insulting me some more ("it's just $7.50") he finally convinced me to let him figure it out and call me later.... Hours later he called to let me know that the "company" (whoever that is) did IN FACT charge me for the tip and no one knew how it could have happen...whatever... he said they could give me my money back right now, on my card or I could come in to get the cash. Uh, my card... right now....Ohhh, the "company" lost my information so I would need to give him my card number..... HAHHAAH. ya right, they'd probably charge me again! Needless to say, I had to go back in and get my cash. Only at the VERY end of the conversation did this a-hole finally say "sorry this happen". After being hurt, which went totally unaddressed by him, being "over charged" (to put it nicely) and then being told I was a liar... I am totally disgusted with this place and his attitude. Hasn't he ever heard of the "customer is always right"?! Had he started the conversation with "I'm sorry this happen to you" in the first place...I wouldn't have had to make a scene (I was shouting while client's were in the chairs) and would have been generally nice. As I said, when I stormed out the first time, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER... WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO THAT HAVEN'T NOTICED!!!!!!
