I leased a new vehicle here in the beginning of December. Our salesman, Bill H, was great... very honest and worked with us on price. However, the finance department is another story...I came back the following day to turn in my current car with the promise of a check in the mail. The finance guy made us wait 45 minutes to bring out the single form to sign, didn't introduce himself, did not apologize for making us wait that long or even say a single word.. just slapped down the form and walked away. The salesman apologized for the wait and said it would be about 2 weeks for a check from corporate. It has been about a month now and we have yet to receive payment for my trade-in. We called to find out where the check is and were told the finance department would "look into it" and no response. This is absolutely absurd to make a customer wait this long AND give them no answers when looking for their money.
