| - Long and short - not the most forthright dealership out there. Assume you'll be taken on a sales carnival ride before you make it out the door.
I can only speak for their low-end used car sales tactics, but based on this I would not recommend them. They list one price then upsell by 150% for final price when they "figure out the numbers" for the special additions they've put on the vehicle (assumedly after they priced it?)
Crib notes:
Car listed online for 5900. Met w/ salesman, he did his talking up and pointing out the pros of the car, noting that they installed tinting, repaired and inspected the car, put a "shadow sticker" on (to get more money back if your car is stolen) and added locking lug nuts.
Went in and he came back with the "out the door" price of a bit over 9000. So, basically, offering the car at 6k, but selling it at 9k (expensive locking nuts, I assume). Things devolved quickly from there with all the usual slippery salesman methods that I would expect to find at a used car lot just off the strip.
I explained that I was buying this for my daughter and she was required to pay a percentage, so the most we were going to leave the place paying was 7k. This was followed by the "Sign here if you are willing to pay that amount tonight and drive away" and "let me talk to my manager" and the manager returned saying "We're getting ready to call the GM to finalize this price.." etc etc. I swear at one point I thought they were going to pull out the 4-square sheet on me with the questions they were asking, but I had my own financing and wasn't juggling cash vs credit payments.
Not an experience I could recommend to a friend.
