Good food, good service. I stumbled in on a brisk afternoon, hungry & ready for something tasty. It wasn't busy or loud (which it sometime is) on this lazy Sunday afternoon. I started with Carlow O'Hara's Irish Stout (one of the many beers on tap, $2 for 7oz) and Scotch eggs ($5). Both were fantastic. My server recommended the carmelized salmon ($17), which was so delicious paired with Gouda mac N cheese and a wine reduction sauce. Dessert was bread & butter pudding ($7), a crusty-gooey banana bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream & caramel sauce. So good! I biked there so I was thirsty. My glass was empty often & my server may have struggled to keep it filled. Overall: relaxing afternoon, delicious meal, good beer, good service. I recommend going when it's not too busy. As for the tab, it's not campus pricing (read: cheap) but the food is many steps above the cheap thrills of campus nosh. This is a place to treat yourself to a nice meal.
