This stay was for business and I found the staff at the hotel to be professional, courteous, and helpful. I was lucky to get upgraded upon check-in to one of the 'elite' floors which require card access. These floors have a lounge with a bar. It included complimentary breakfast and a happy hour. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy either of those perks as I was busy throughout the day but it was definitely a nice option. I had a great view overlooking the Cleveland Clinic and downtown Cleveland itself. The room had internet (need to pay). Wireless was an option, which was also welcomed. Room service was pretty typical in it's offerings and timeliness. The conference rooms were well equipped and well laid out. The hotel bar, Table 45, had limited late night hours so that was a disappointment but I'll reserve that for the bar's own review page. Overall a good experience during this particular stay.
