  • Top 5 meals of all time. I just need to throw that out there. This meal at Toast! (the second of two bday dinners with the wonderful Jonathan D.) was INCREDIBLE. We both opted for the Crispy Pork at the suggestion of our very friendly impromptu dining partners (also celebrating a birthday - yay!) and they could not have been more right. The pork. My gawd. Thinking about it leaves me breathless. I just don't know how they do it. Crispy on the outside and oh-so-tender-and-juicy-and-awesome on the inside. Surrounded by an apple puree and topped with SPICED sour cream; I mean come on - does it get ANY better? No, it does not. I also enjoyed the wine selection (and pour/size selection) as well. The dessert menu didn't do much for us so we opted for Oh! Yogurt! instead, but all things considered, this was an amazing meal. Our server was a little too haughty for me; hence the 4 stars. But the food gets 6 stars. Go! Toast! Yeah!
