  • Went to see Jungle book last night at IMAX 3D. Very disappointing. The movie was quite good but the whole experience detracted from my enjoyment. First they have this new concession system where you order something on one side then go to the other side and pay then go back to get your food. Idiotic. Popcorn pre bagged so not that fresh. Movie theatre very dirty. Popcorn everywhere. The seats were so filthy with ingrained dirt I didn't even want to touch anything. If AMC are trying to improve the viewing experience and attract customers back to the movies they will need to up their game. I'll be going to Harkins in future I'll add - the movie quality was not up to much. I'm used to much better at previous IMAX experiences. Ripoff for the price. Also they had the sound cranked up so high during the trailers I could hardly hear myself think. Left with a headache
