  • Omg they need more workers here on a Saturday. They had two out of 4 lines open. I just wanted to run in and exchange my defective dvr remote and I had to wait 40 mins to do so. That's so ridiculous to have to wait that long just for them to hand me a new remote. They need to have an express line just for these reasons. There were a ton of people just waiting to turn in their boxes. We shouldn't have to wait forever just to drop something off.
