Went there to try some bridesmaid dresses on . I came in and no one greeted me , so I started looking around and picking the dresses I wanted to try on . When I was ready to try them I finally asked someone if I can go into a fitting room . Her response was " oh my , do you have an appointment today ? You need to have an appointment , especially it's a weekend " my response was " if I was greeted when I came in , I would have known to make an appointment and come back at a later time " the sales lady then responses " well that's because we were too busy with the ones that have an appointment "
My point is , regardless if your store is busy , still take the time to greet the customer that walks in your store . And inquire what they came in for ! Such bad customer service makes me not want to go to any Alfred Angelo stores !
