  • We booked through Hotwire and it seems that every time we book through a third party, we get the worst rooms. Sure enough, we were placed in a room that literally faced a concrete wall. I communicated this to the lady at the front desk and although it was not easy, she was able to move me to better room. I really appreciated this. We've been here a few times and have yet to use the pool area. My most favorite thing about this resort is the fantastic jet tub in the more remodeled rooms. I absolutely love it. We've been to the buffet a few times and it is one of my top two.
