  • A terrible experience at every level. This title company was used by the buyer of my house, not my choice. Their slowness and ineptitude caused a delay of over 30 days in the sale of my home being finalized and cost me an extra month of utilities on an empty house, as well as my time to follow up with them. I met with Paula to sign documents, showing up 7 minutes late due to going to their suite next door by mistake and then standing in the lobby of her suite with no acknowledgment. She was rude and unprofessional because of those 7 minutes. The doc signing process was tense and uncomfortable due to her attitude. To top it off, they told me that the wire transfer of my funds from the sale were sent yesterday morning, only to find out that they weren't sent until this morning. I called Paula to get a status of when I would see the funds in my account and was told vaguely that I should see them "soon" and "in a bit". I asked for specifics and was told they had none. In the meantime, they buyer has already began moving in! Stay away from this location like the plague.
