If you can get people in the air over Grand Canyon, the views will carry the experience. But if the airplane engine leaks so much aviation fuel that the passengers have to cover their mouths with handkerchiefs and scarves, you've got work to do.
The staff was friendly enough given that they are clearly bored out of their minds. The pilots incomprehensibly speed talk their way through the safety instructions. The obviously dated sound track is full of factual errors, and the narrator incorrectly pronounces Kaibab Forest "kay-bab" instead of the correct "kie-bab". This business is celebrating its 90th year; it should remember to take better care of its cash cow.
