I'm a new customer with these guys, and for the record, want to share a truly outstanding experience.
I didn't know of them until this week. I'd tried multiple shops trying to find an obscure little part. One of them told me to check in with Yellow Jersey. Andrew went out of his way to send a picture of the part in question, which I hadn't been able to find anywhere else, to confirm what I was looking for... priced it very fairly... and on top of that, gave me world-class advice in a lengthy (but clear!) e-mail about how to sort out an alignment problem... then comped me the part needed to fix it!
I was a very small order. I compounded the difficulty of fulfilling it with some lame communication of my own. I can't speak to the challenges others seem to have experienced, but I worked in shops for years, know how hard this business can be (and how hard customers can be on them), and can't recommend Yellow Jersey highly enough. They're my new favorite shop.
