When checking in I was treated very nice by I am assuming the manager. (Female w/cane sorry I didn't catch her name) She was very helpful with my reservations and understanding. After checking in my room I realized tv had no remote. Went up there and spoke to same lady and she said she will have someone bring me one. After 3 hours, I went back up to office and younger thick Hispanic man sitting at desk. I explained to him I have no remote and air conditioning is not really working. He replied " Nothing I can do about we have no remotes". Never making eye contact the entire time. Second day, Again asked for remote and air and nothing. My key didn't work office packed so I wait. I stand in the corner observing Everything. I am a manager and I understand completely when understaffed and the different types of people can be stressful. But, as a manager I also know none of your customers should be able to feel the stress, tension or have to pay. I witnessed staff disrespecting each other, talking down to each other, customers being treated rudely and the Hispanic man stated loudly after this customer raise the price $20 more. Is that legal? Where is that ever ok? I thought companies have set prices, rules and regulations to follow. I am only giving 2 stars for the lady who checked me in because she is truly a sweetheart and understanding.
