The receptionist is so rude, my wife didn't want to schedule an appointment with them because of her and we looked elsewhere for our son. Unfortunately he needed to see an ENT soon and everyone else was booked for the next month. When I called to make the appointment I was confronted with the same receptionist and I can totally see where my wife didn't want to come here. If you don't like your job then fine but it give you no right to talk to people in such a condescending manner. I wonder how much business she has cost Enticare by turning off prospective patients with her horrible attitude!
