| - I would make the argument that this place is most authentic Cantonese BBQ in town. You can find your favorite Chinese stir-fries and bbq in here while you admire their unique taste of wallpaper. (You'll understand when you go there) They offer your favorite noodles and meats and are all available to go. They also have a steam table where you can order ala cart items per pound.
The service is very Chinesey: very quick, do not look for super hospitable servers because you're looking in the wrong place. Depending on the type of food you order, the time it takes for it to come out may vary. Stir-Fried dishes take the longest, while BBQ rice places are the quickest.
About the food: After spending about a year trying to find my Cantonese favorites in LV, I think this is my go-to. The barbecue is not the best I've ever had, but its good enough to remind me of authentic Cantonese BBQ. The stir-fried noodles are executed well, and they have the Asian-ey vegetables that I look for when I go out to eat Chinese (Pea Sprouts, Mustard Greens, Baby Bok Choys, etc etc...) I included a picture of their homemade hotsauce, which i wish i can just 'take' every time. The flavor of their sauce reminds me of a hot and spicy hotpot: super fragrant, super depth in terms of spices, and numbing peppercorns!
Recommended Foods:
"Kuai-Fei" Chicken - poached whole chicken served with Ginger/Scallion sauce
Stir-Fried noodles - Chow fun, crispy noodles
BBQ Duck, Cha-Siu, Roasted Belly (salty though)
Asian vegetables
Curried Tendon (super small portions though)
Hot Sauce
Reasons why it didn't get the 5th star:
Quite expensive for Chinese BBQ while not delivering top quality
Cash Only
Closes too early @ 9PM
CLOSED ON FRIDAYS
