  • My kids love it here. They're 2 and 4 and have a great time in the little kid area and in the bounce house. With that said, they used to have employees mediate and keep an eye on the kids jumping (I never leave my kids alone) but it doesn't seem to be that way anymore. There are very large kids rough housing in the little kid areas. The bounce house has a new sign that states 7 and younger. Kids my size were wrestling and the little kids in the bounce house were terrified. I guess they no longer have employees to help things run smoothly. Our last trip wasn't as fun because of the older kids. I know kids will be kids but when other parents don't watch their kids and neither do the employees it's hard. Our last trip we accidentally left behind a valuable. It was about a week before I realize where we left it. When I called and asked if they had it I spoke with the manager, she said that they had it in the safe and that she would call me the next morning to clarify if we were talking about the same item. The first phone call she was very nice. I never heard from her the next day and two days later I had to call and ask if it was OK for me to come pick up said item. I was told by the employee that only the manager can open the safe and that I could not come pick it up because she was not there. Another day after that I was not able to pick it up because there was no manager on duty. On the fourth day I called and asked for the manager and the person that answered was very rude and asked me what I wanted before they said that they were the manager. She then seemed annoyed and mentioned that she "finally had to put it in the safe because I never came to pick it up," otherwise I'd have it back by now. I explained that I didn't realize where it was and or that it was missing it until a week after we lost it (not like this should even matter). My mother went to pick up the item for me and the manager told her "I can't believe it's taken you this long to come pick this up." Was that comment necessary? She was very rude. We would've been there sooner if employees had access to the safe and we weren't working around her schedule when she is hardly there . Overall jumping here used to be fun, but I will not return because of the manager and her lack of customer service and because of the way she treats the people that support her business
