This is a nice, modern looking hotel but the layout is a bit confusing the first time around. The hotel sits above Complexe Desjardins, so the lower levels get you to a commercial gallery with tons of shops and restaurant options (mostly fast food, but it's still convenient). Just make sure you hop on the Jeanne-Mance elevator facing the hotel bar. This is also where hotel guests can park their car.
I've stayed here a few times for conventions and the hotel was always packed. It seems like there's often a lot of events going on here, I assume because of the proximity to the Palais des Congrès. The lobby area is always busy and full of people but despite that the room floors have always been quiet. The rooms themselves are nice although a bit dated and the beds are comfortable. However the bathroom is SMALL. It's really cramped when two girls share the mirror in the morning to do their makeup.
You can get Wifi in the rooms but you have to pay for it. I don't remember the daily fee, but as usual it's a quite high... Anyway, there's free Wifi in Complexe Desjardins a few floors below the lobby.
