  • For some reason these people are not able to shut off my water on Friday. I am selling the house and it is no longer mine on Friday. As a result I have to either shut off water on Thursday (contract says all utilities must be on for final walk through) or Monday. If this company did not have a monopoly I would say go elsewhere they are not worth any time or effort. Being closed on Friday does nothing for public service except infuriate paying customers being held hostage to their policies. With other lines of business you can at least vote with your dollar and take your business elsewhere. Looks like I now have to pay for services I cannot use in a property I do not live at or even have any legal ties to.
