I have been with Bell Properties for 3 years. I have moved to different properties throughout Bell, and even introduced my family and friends to Bell, making the company many new customers.
However, that all Ends today.... I haven't had one single issue with a Bell Property before, so I am completely baffled by the condescension and plain rudeness of the management team at this property. Frankly it just shows that the manager doesn't know how to manage, period. Paying my rent online and moving my accounts from property to property have Never been this much trouble before. Not to mention "I don't know what to do", is Not a valid excuse in the customer service world, ever. Having once been a leading advocate for the company, I'm Truly disappointed. I thought I was a customer for life. Guess I was wrong.
