It was alright.
Had a group of 8 and tried to make a reservation but we were told they already had too many reservations and could not take more. So one individual in our party was the sacrificial lamb that was sent to wait ahead ; she went 45 minutes ahead. Everyone else arrived at 11:00am.
We were seated outside and had a long bench seat, which was nice but we only had two tiny bistro size tables. Three of us hung out sort of in open space with no table- awkward. The server didn't address the odd seating arrangement so I tried to get the attention of the next closest server. She said she couldn't help me but to see the hostess about the situation. The hostess said that they had a large reservation for 30 at 11:30 so they could not move any of the presently empty tables or chairs, we would have to wait until the next table vacated. The three of us hung out tableless for 30 minutes.
The wait plus the lack of space really doesn't make for a great start.
The food was okay, I had the grilled chicken sandwich and the kale salad. The grilled chicken sandwich was decent but not memorable. The kale salad was good. I had a few of the donut holes with marscapone cheese and preserves, that was my favorite part of the meal.
Others in my party also felt that the food was okay, but not something they would necessarily crave. The big negative was the pitcher of Pimm's with ginger beer- three people at the table said it was not a good combination.
"Meh"- that's about all I can say in summary.
