I came to this establishment during their end of the year sale. I was interested in seeing what they had as far as 2015 GTI choices. I leased 2 other vehicles from VW before and I would consider myself a loyal customer. However, after visiting this establishment, I would have to say that I now have a bit of a negative feeling about VW. I visited Findlay around 4pm on a Wednesday after I got off from work. While I was there, they only had a few customers and plenty of available sales staff walking around the showroom. They were not busy at all. I walked around and looked at a few cars that they had on the showroom floor for about 20 minutes or so. During that time, the salesmen would just look at me and I would look at them and they would turn the opposite direction and be dismissive. After about 20 minutes of pacing back and forth, an older couple came in, and they were immediately greeted and asked if there was anything they were interested in. At this point, I was fed up and left the showroom floor. While walking to the parking lot there were two other salesmen standing outside putting a temporary license plate on a used car. They both made eye contact with me and proceeded to continue their conversation. Now I am the type of person who will ask for help if I interested in something. But when you look at these reps and they look at you, they give you a vibe as though they don't want to be bothered. But that's fine. I will take my money somewhere else if they don't want it.
P.S. The couple that came in after me was white, for those who of brown complexion.
