  • Dear franchise owner I would like you to be aware that your employees close this establishment 15 minuets early, 11:45. Missing out on a potential dinner rush as Macys warehouse down the street starts their break at 11:40. I have watched and been one of 5 cars that get turned away almost everyday at 11:45. I am only writing this because I prefer Carl's over jack in the box. And jack is getting all those turned away cars.
