  • I am only giving fours stars because the process of waiting to pick and approve your actual slab is laborious in the heat of the summer and the system is antiquated, first come first serve. How hard would it be to set appointments and confirm appointments and have an area waiting with slabs for the confirmed appointments? But that being said, after finding a mistake in our final selection - it did not match the sample very well (not at all) and would have definitely changed the entire look of our master bathroom Curt came to the rescue and was super cool and ambitious to go out and find what was being shown in the Design Center as best as possible for us. He made a new impression of the place on me! If Curt had not saved the day, we would have had a mess on our hands with little time to spare. I would only work with Curt in the future, the rest of the place is just o.k. on customer service in my opinion, nothing outstanding.
