  • I'm not sure why I have not posted a review of this place before. I signed up for treatment of "male grooming" which is a package of eight treatments in 12 months plus four optional "add ons" over the next 24. First of all, there is no transparency in pricing as is typical with many of these places. There is a printed price list which is like the Msrp at a car dealer- no one pays those inflated prices! The manager sweet talked me into a package for $1100 which is higher than what competition charges locally( see my review on skin deep laser spa) and of course, they collect the entire money upfront. It's all downhill from there... Treatment: In a word, vastly inferior. The technicians hate their job and are looking for a reason not to do your treatment. They will refuse if you have any unshaven hair or a small cut. I had to come back a second time for my treatment #1. Treatments were rushed and incomplete. They leave areas untouched. Hair loss was not as good as treatments I've had elsewhere. As a general rule of thumb, two treatments here achieves the same hair loss as one elsewhere. Employees: It turns out that many of their best employees were hired to skin deep laser spa by a former manager who defected-it's obvious why the ones left behind were not hired there! Almost all the technicians I encountered had a bad attitude & act as if they're doing you a huge favor. Also, all the techs made major attempts at up selling to get you to sign up for more treatment areas at "discounted rates". Cleanliness/ front office: the office and facilities are spotless and the front office is good at scheduling appointments- this is where they earn their one star. If you would like hair laser removal in Cleveland, you are better off looking elsewhere. Purchase a groupon and check out the competition at a relatively low investment and see how your body reacts to laser treatments before putting major money down at any laser treatment center.
