  • FPPZ managed my property for about three years, during the first year I would have rated them 5 stars. During this time I had no issues and absolutely no complaints about them. As a matter of fact I wish they were still the same company I hired years ago. However, as the years progressed the quality of customer service and courtesy started to decline. With their increased business and additional family members managing their day to day operations my discontent with the level of service I was paying for increased. Their office "phone" staff lacks professionalism and most of the time were unable to answer basic questions without getting confused. Their contracts and rental agreements are very elementary and property walk through reports are not signed by renters or dated. Record keeping appears to be excessively casual for a business of this nature. Although my specific issues with this company cannot be disclosed at this time I will say a simple phone call from the owner would have changed my perception and possibly ended in a different outcome. As for my review and suggestion - If your out of state and need a property management company for your rental I would recommend Jeff Hockett (west valley management). If you are in Arizona, you may want to try your luck with FPPZ but keep a close eye on your documentation and always communicate through email to avoid calling the office phone staff it will only leave you frustrated and confused.
