  • I've been here twice and I like it enough to keep coming back! A man, who I am assuming is the owner, sat down at our table the other night and explained to us they make everything in-house. This includes their syrups, which is nice. The only thing they use in powdered form is taro because of some technicalities in growing/grinding your own taro root. Last time I went was the first time I ordered food. The fries are good because they come out piping hot, which is everything you can ask for in a fry, right? I did the portion of fries you got for $4 was a little small, we ended up buying two orders so I paid eight bucks for what I would consider one good portion of fries. Then again, I am American so I always hear about how my idea of a portion is highly bloated. If I got their pot stickers again I would probably ask for them fried, the steamed weren't my favorite. They were by no means bad though and I would eat them again. My adventures this last time included a rose milk tea and a peach black tea. Both were good and on par with many other fine boba establishments. I found the peach black tea a little sweet, but I always do no matter where I get it. Last time I went I hate the Jasmine milk tea and I would be happy to have it again. My friend got Lavender milk tea and you could definitely taste the syrup. It was good, but not great. If you are looking for an excellent lavender tea try Tea Space. Another reason I keep coming back is because they are open until 2AM. Anytime between 11pm and 2AM the only boba places I know that are open are Tea Station and Milk Teaze. I don't like Tea Station because they lack even adequate customer service skills. Everyone I have met at Milk Teaze is extremely nice, accommodating, and concerned about the customer experience. I don't think I am extremely picky as a person, but I always throw in extra points to a place when a server or manager comes around and asks how everything is. For the record, nothing here has ever been dissapointing.
