I called all day yesterday, and no one answered the phone. I also left a message, and the machine says they check the messages every hour, but no one ever called me back...
I called again first thing this morning, and the earliest appt I could get was 2 1/2 weeks away! She never even asked why he needed to be seen...I think at some point, a Vet needs to stop taking new clients. If they don't, the clients who have been loyally going there for years don't get the service needed to properly care for their pets. We need to be able to count on our Vet!
I was also told that Dr. Shannon Foster no longer works for Banfield. She was the reason that I kept going back there all these years. Even though I moved pretty far away, I still drove all the way out there so they could be seen by her.
I've had absolutely horrible experiences with some of the other Banfield Vets, and am now nervous about trying out a new one.
