So very disappointed in this entire experience. The restaurant has terrible customer service and is unaccommodating and rude to their customers. After making a reservation and letting them know I would be late, they assured me that they would seat me if I arrived by 10pm. After walking around Caesar's Palace for 10 minutes, I called to let them know I had been unable to find the location and had been redirected by multiple employees to the wrong area of the hotel. I called to let them know I was lost at 10:01pm and the hostess put me on hold to ask the manager if they would seat us once we found the restaurant, as she stated had been done before. I was hung up on and when I called back she told me the manager would not accommodate us and would turn us away if we arrived.
I am extremely disappointed in this experience and urge anyone with good taste in restaurants to avoid this establishment that treats their customers with such disrespect and disregard. Shame on you, Raos.
