  • 3.5 stars. I came in here with low expectations. The first shawarma I ever had was in Lagos, Portugal and it was so amazing that all shawarmas in Toronto have failed me miserably. I also rarely see people in this restaurant when I walk by. Tonight I ordered a chicken shawarma with hot sauce and it was surprisingly good. The meat was not too dry and the toppings were fresh. The restaurant seemed clean and there were 3-4 people sitting and eating. I am not a huge shawarma fan so I probably won't be back for a few months, but it was a good alternative to the Subway across the street.
