  • Writing this review because I was incredibly annoyed with their low tactics to squeeze money out of you. I wish I had read the reviews before getting a membership here. They are incredibly tricky in hiding fees everywhere, in registering, freezing, and ending your membership. I think I paid almost $200 to end my membership. The manager (Jacqueline) is also especially rude and I regret having to talk to her anytime I wanted to change anything to do with my membership. For Groupon users: don't do it - they'll forbid you from any future promotions and if they bully you into some kind of membership, will strew your path with hidden fees everywhere.
