I don't know why we like TI so much. But we continue to return.
TI is smaller than most mega-resort-casinos on the strip. This is not a bad thing. It's smaller size makes it very manageable. The rooms are nice and we think good for the cost. Nothing super fancy, just well done and comfortable. The mini-fridge and safe are welcome additions. One time we checked in and found our room had been smoked in. The front desk had us quickly moved to a new room.
Check-in is a little frustrating. Very long lines because they charge if you want to check in even a few minutes early, so most guests arrive around 2pm. Check-in can take 30-45 minutes.
The staff could be a little nicer. Not that they are gruff, but a smile and "good morning" or "nice to have you here" would go a long way.
Restaurants are okay. Very overpriced, but that's the new Vegas way.
We don't gamble, so I could care less about the gaming. We miss the pirate show out front.
