  • the first 2 years was great and then there was new management I really don't know what they're doing It never seems like maintenance is actually doing their job they just ride around the golf cart smoking! the grounds look like hell now, they're never kept up nice, landscaping is unkept, & the main pool has been under construction this summer, why not do the pool construction in the winter time? we have sent so many maintenance requests for fixes in our place. It's ridiculous! They just raised rent again!( outrageous pricing for an apartment!) it seems like they just care about getting the rent money and not the residents! They used to have a community program that would do months get togethers, not anymore! I don't feel like they screen applicants because there has been a big change over in characters that have been allowed to rent apartments! Now there doesn't seem to be any type of pet breed restriction, pest control issues are out of hand! You can go into the office 15 times a day, you won't get anything resolved. They need a better management team! Not to mention at any given time there's anywhere from 3 to 5 mailbox doors that are not on the actual mailbox! The whole property has went downhill! I used to recommend this complex to hundreds of people and now I wouldn't tell one person! they need to get their shit together! NOT TO MENTION THE PARKING
