  • I have mixed feeling about this. So they had given us a time frame of 12-3 but actually arrived at 6:30ish so we were just sitting there waiting calling to see where they were because we were excited to move. They finally show up and they are so so nice (reason for 2 stars) however they were very careless with the obviously marked fragile box including one that was packed with dolls that are my prized possessions. They had put heavy boxes on top of it crushing and destroying parts of them. They offered a claims page but you can't put a price on those since we had hand made those. The guys are nice just careless and we would have liked to receive updates on where they were instead of waiting hours.
