  • This looks like a nice place. Looks are deceiving. The double load machines use a ridiculously small amount of water. They claim they are "super high efficiency" machines. My sheets came out still full of soap and my clothes weren't much cleaner than when they went in. I pointed out the lack of water in the machine as it was running to the attendant, her response was it will be OK. Machine finished and of course shift change new attendant. Showed him the poor job the machine did. He started by blaming the soap (I use good quality soap) when that didn't work he explained the super high efficiency machine, followed by him stating he never uses them because of the lack of water, use triple loader instead. So now I get to rewash 2 loads (they were in different machines running at the same time) and no offer of a refund. They know their machines suck and try to hide it, and make no effort to make it right. If you like soapy dirty clothes this is your place.
