  • Car had not been checked out for issues before it was rented to me for a 30 day rental. The last problem you want to encounter in July is an A/C that is not working properly. it would continuously yet intermittently freeze up and blow hot. just when your frustration level was at its highest, it would kick back in and cool off. I called enterprise to exchange the car a few times and was told that they didn't have a similar car (suv) but they would call me when one came back in. No call ever came. Frustrating.
