  • Terrible cleaning company. They came to my house to do spring cleaning. They supposed to bring their own cleaning supplies. They would have cleaning with Windex only., All my stainless steel when they left were dirty. Window shades not even wipe it down. Wood wasn't wipe it down. They scratched my wood floor when they move my bedroom set. The whole experience was like pulling teeth and showing them what they didn't do. After 3 hours I called supervisor and then someone came in She started cleaning after them because she took picture see what they didn't do. She supposed to fix everything - but they were thinking of them because she said she doesn't have a cleaning supplies. I give her my supplies 4 stainless steel for wood for everything. Nothing really got clean after. I have to show them that they should clean under my kitchen table. I spent $300 and I'm very unhappy this was the worst experience from cleaning company ever. When you first called aches trying to sell you on the best cleaning ever "Spring cleaning" they say they going to clean the windows shades but they don't tell you that it's Windows on it from one side and only if you catch them thy accualy will clean those windows from one side only. I have to do walkthrough 3 times and show them again and again and again what they didn't do. Basic basic stuff like wiping down. The best part is they don't touch TV. Not even with a dry rag so the dust I have to clean. What a joke. Do not believe this guy on the phone that this is a good company and they will do a good job cleaning because they have an office. I will also write a review on Google because they do have 5 Stars I don't know how. Please be careful don't waste your money the charge you upfront so that they don't have to do a good job.
