This place has great coupons for customers who love Heineken, or Newcastle Brown ale. I am very satisfied with the coupons. The difference between five stars and four stars is customer service. Firstly, Erick at his female associate started Speaking Spanish right in front of me while doing the transaction. In their ignorance I let them know in Spanish that I understand Spanish perfectly. Erick was very overbearing in his attempt to teach the associate how to take the coupon off. Then Erick tried to tell me the coupon is only good for two not three. I really didn't know if Erick was upset because I couldn't reach the third Newcastle at the bottom and the female associate asked him to get it for me, or I simply let them know that I knew what was doing and I understood them perfectly. I wonder if they thought I knew they would change over to Spanish in mid stream of speaking english. Well the female associate rang up the order. Since I've done it before I knew with tax what was the total should've been. Erick made the female associate ring the whole order several times to come up with two cents more. Now who am I to argue with you for cents more really,,not I lol. However, as many times as Erick had the poor associate ring and rering the order to come up with two cents more you would have thought he owned the store and those two cents were keeping Erick from making it. Erick told me because of the tax. Okay Erick I got it please try to smile for real and not look like you don't want to be at work. Also tone and how you speak to customers is very important as well. Thank you female associate who tried to overcompensate for his rudeness among other hang ups. Love the store customer service is paramount especially being in customer service for almost 50 years. Next time I will bring the whole coupon page so there is no confusion on anyone's part. I will be back of course with four stars just some fine tuning on customer service and you guys will have it. Prices for hard liquor is very fare.
