  • what a horrible experience from a place I rely on for an excellent car cleaning service. Pulled up to the wash and ordered the package I wanted and headed to pay. They already started the vacuuming and no one mentioned the AC inside was not working. Hottest time of the year, excessive heat warnings and it hasn't been working for several weeks.All the customers inside were trying to fan themselves off as it was that unbearable. Going outside to the patio was actually a relief but still under the direct sun. Was quoted 45 min-1 hour. At the one hour marked I stopped the girl and decided to go.I told her it wan't her fault and she was doing a great job but I couldn't wait any longer. You can tell most of these employees were dragging. Being in this heat and not having a place to cool down between cars is unacceptable and they shouldn't have to work in these conditions. I feel more for them than customers like myself who dealt with this for a short period of time and not for hours a day for several weeks. I cannot support a business that doesn't have it's own employees working conditions above filling their own pockets, not working right along side of them, SAD!
