  • Party USA is like Party City's broke, homeless, brother. The place looked seriously run down. The only reason I came was because I needed some balloons for my son's bday party and this was the closest place to my house. When I arrived I went to the front counter and asked to see some samples. I ended up getting 3 bundles of balloons. 3 specialty balloons, 9 regular balloons, and 3 weights and the total was almost $40! Super expensive. The "specialty" balloons were small too. I paid and told them I would be back in a couple days to pickup. When I went to pickup my order the girl working the counter was saying how I needed a ticket for my order and that she couldn't find it but she didnt even look. She eventually found them when she opened her eyes. They were right behind me. If you need a ticket to pickup your order, they should specify that. The staff are not very helpful or friendly. I venture they will probably be out of business soon.
