  • I didn't want to give a star the service is such a rip off at this place. My nephew went there yesterday with his Jetta with a problem with his horn and doors not locking. After a couple hours the service personnel came out saying he needed a new horn and that they fixed the door locking problem with a new fuse. They brought out his car to drive home but when Robbie got into the car he found that the horn actually worked but the doors still didn't lock. But shortly there after the horn stopped working. He went back inside the service department and they told him that he was needing to call VW USA home offices for guidance on what he needs to do to fix his car. So far he has not been able to get any further info or assistance from either. Tomorrow he and his young family need to drive home to Maryland in order to be to work next week. How scary for them to drive that distance with an infant and unable to use their horn for safety or to open their trunk if needing to change a tire or lock their car when leaving it for even a snack. Horrible service and disappointing reply or support from VW. Never again.
