  • For the second time, I made an appointment over 24 hours in advance and walk-ins were seen before me. I make appointments because I have a limited schedule like most people do downtown. I think it's ridiculous that they don't plan ahead and see their appointments first. The woman told me it would be 15 minutes past my appointment time before she could even start. This is really inexcusable. This is the last time I will go there and I was a regular, monthly if not bi-monthly customer.
