I bought a groupon for this nail place and called the same day to make an appointment before I went out of town for work. Called Tuesday and booked the appointment for Thursday afternoon (2 days later). I get a call LITERALLY 3 hours before my appointment to tell me they can't accommodate me and that i need to reschedule for the following week. I called back in to see if there was any other way I could get on the schedule and that I had booked the appt in advance because I was leaving out of town the next day. They said they were overbooked with groupons and couldn't fit me in anywhere.The manager was short with me and when I told her the situation and asked for a refund, she said," I don't know what to tell you. We don't have your money yet. Call groupon." Great Customer service :/ I will not be giving the place my business.--- which is a shame, Because I get my nails and toes done every 2 weeks like clockwork.
