  • The hotel needs a major overhaul. The floors are really hot. Two days in a row both my wife and my key does not work. The manager today decided that he would take the white cane of my blind daughter out of her hands as part of his attempt to be helpful. One more thing on top of another to make this a less than positive experience on the positive side the rooms are clean the air conditioner drowns out any possible airplane noise and the pool is excellent although just at the edge of being almost too cold and they use too much chemicals in the hot tub to the point where it ruined my wife's bathing suit and daughters bathing suit also
