I would give them zero stars if I could but it doesn't allow me to. I have been a patient for over 3 years and tolerated the mediocre service but today was the last time I will go there and will be leaving health care partners for another group. First off let me say the physicians are great it's how they run and treat the patients in the front office that's the issue. The mission statement of HCP is to provide caring service and they failed. I am writing to comment on the lack of care for the patients and they definitely fell short on the company philosophy to deliver the highest quality of care to every patient and promise to provide the personal attention to the patient. I had an appointment for today December 26th at 8:30 I arrived at the West Charleston office at 8:20 and told the receptionist I forgot my wallet and it would take me about 15-20min round trip to get it but was told NO I needed to reschedule, for one a month away! never mind they always make you wait up to sometimes an hour or more! You can wait but they can't apparently. Great holiday spirit, no understanding, and they don't care about the patient. There's more to the story but can't go into the details.
