  • I have lived in this complex since the beginning and it was wonderful when PB Bell managed it. When Graystar took over last year this place has gone downhill fast. The first thing I noticed was they do not keep the entrance breezeways to the apartments clean. Lots of landscaping debris and dead bugs. Also the roaches have taken over the exterior of the building. I can no longer sit out on my patio at night due to the bugs. I have had my patio sprayed a few times and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Also when walking around the complex at night the roaches are all over the sidewalks. There has been a light out near one of the buildings for quit a while and despite my emails and calls it has yet to be replaced. Also they obviously let anyone with a dog move in. To my horror one of my neighbors takes their dog to do it's business in the landscaping that is in the breezeway to the entrance of my apartment. Piles of feces everywhere. Not to mention the few bushes that were out front are now dead or dying. Lots of the trees are practically falling over from a storm that hit a few weeks ago, many block the sidewalks. Nobody in the office ever answers the phone. This complex has also become very transient, many short term renters with large dogs.
